Referrals.com supports several campaign types designed for different referral mechanics — standard referral programs, contests, and two-way reward campaigns where both referrer and referee benefit.

When creating a campaign, the wizard presents available types based on your plan. Each type configures default widget templates and reward flows suited to that mechanic.

Choose the type that matches your goal: a simple refer-a-friend program for steady growth, or a contest type for time-limited viral campaigns.
