Setting up webhooks

Webhooks notify your server when events occur — new participants, shares, reward triggers, and more. Configure webhook URLs in your API settings.

Each webhook payload includes event type, timestamp, and relevant data (participant ID, campaign ID, etc.). Verify payloads using your API key.

Use webhooks to sync data to your CRM, trigger fulfillment systems, or build custom analytics pipelines alongside the dashboard.
