Cancellation and refunds

Cancel your subscription from /billing using the Cancel Subscription button. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Cancellation calls the PayPal API to suspend your billing agreement. You can reactivate before your plan expires if you change your mind.

Refund requests are handled case-by-case. Contact support at /contact with your transaction ID for billing inquiries.
