Upgrading your plan

Go to /billing and click Switch Plan on any higher tier. You'll be guided through PayPal to approve the new subscription rate.

Upgrades take effect immediately. Your new plan limits (brands, participants) apply right away. Billing is prorated through PayPal for the current period.

If you hit participant or brand limits, the dashboard will prompt you to upgrade. You can also upgrade proactively before reaching limits.
